BDN Management Consultant Pty Ltd advises established companies, corporate groups, and family offices across Victoria and interstate groups. Initial conversations are with a partner—not a sales desk.

If your question is urgent (transaction deadline, regulatory notice, or board meeting within two weeks), note the date in your message so we can prioritise scheduling.

Is the first conversation billable?

Initial scoping calls are not billed. Written proposals set fees before any chargeable work begins.

Do you work outside Victoria?

Yes—many clients are national groups. Partner-led workshops may be held at our Brighton office, in central Melbourne, or at your premises when scoped.

What should I prepare?

Recent org chart, entity diagram, or the board paper driving your question helps us respond with relevant examples.

How quickly will you reply?

We aim to respond within one business day with either a scoping question list or a brief decline if the matter is outside our practice.

What happens after you enquire

A partner reviews your message within one business day. If there is a potential fit, we send a short list of scoping questions—not a generic brochure.

When both sides agree to proceed, you receive a written proposal with deliverables, timeline, fees, and a named partner accountable for delivery.

What to include in your message

Helpful details include your industry, approximate turnover or FTE, the decision you need to make, and any deadline (board meeting, transaction, or regulatory date).
